What this service is

We are a licensed insurance agency. We connect people who request a quote with licensed insurance agents who can present private health plan options and enroll them. We are not an insurance carrier and we do not underwrite, issue, or administer any policy. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance or a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, or price.

These are private plans, not marketplace plans

The coverage we offer is private health insurance. It is not Affordable Care Act marketplace coverage, and this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, healthcare.gov, the Health Insurance Marketplace, or the federal Medicare program. No government subsidy or premium tax credit applies to these plans, and your premium is not reduced by your income.

Private plans are not required to provide the same benefits as an ACA-compliant plan, may apply medical underwriting, and may exclude or limit coverage for pre-existing conditions. Benefits, exclusions, limitations and availability vary by carrier and by state, and are set out in the carrier’s own plan documents — which you should read before enrolling. Your agent will go through them with you.

These plans are for people under 65. If you are 65 or older you are generally eligible for Medicare, which is a different product we do not sell here.

Contact consent

When you check the consent box you give prior express written consent for us and our licensed agents to contact you at the number and email you provided, including by autodialed and pre-recorded calls and by SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling an agent on a call, or emailing support@strategyb.co. Message frequency varies, approximately 5–15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information, and only submit a phone number you own or are authorized to provide. Submitting someone else’s number without their permission is a breach of these terms.
• You must be 18 or older, under 65, and a U.S. resident.
• Do not use automated means to submit the form, scrape the site, or otherwise interfere with it.

Accuracy and availability

Plan information, availability, and pricing change frequently and are set by the carriers. Any premium range quoted before an application is an estimate based on age and who is being covered; your final rate is determined by the carrier. We present information in good faith but do not warrant that anything on this site is complete, current, or error-free. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estes Health Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any insurance decision you make. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Estes Health Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or discontinue the site at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
